Hi, my name is Ashley Goodall and I am 22 yrs old. When I was 13 I was diagnosed with RSD, but had had it since I was about 8 it just took them a while to figure out what was going on. My RSD didn't get really bad until I was about 14 and I was very into music and band. I played the clarinet and the RSD desided to make a home in my right hand. I refused to let it stop me from playing! I thought myself how to turn it around and play. That is when I knew I had RSD but it would not have me. I went onto playing drums but had a really mean teacher that didn't think I could keep playing. He quit on me I never quit on myself. Now I help others that suffer with RSD. I started Rock Out To Knock Out RSD, http://www.tkorsds.org/ when I was 16 because I never wanted any one to feel alone like I did. My motto has always been " You are never alone"
"Imagine a day, an hour, or even a minute without pain; that is what we are fighting so hard for..".
